Event Cancellations & Refunds

If you have purchased tickets to any of our events and are unable to attend, our cancellation policy allows for a full refund 14 days before the event. If you cancel your purchase between 7 and 13 day before the event you’ll be refunded 50% of your ticket price. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any cancellations made within 6 days of the event.

Order Cancellations

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
