1. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed in person at Eat In Italian or online via our website for food and beverages.
• Gift cards cannot be used for special offers, discounts, set menus, or promotional deals.
• Not redeemable for cash or gratuities.

2. Validity Period

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

3. Balance & Partial Use

• Balances may be used across multiple visits or transactions until the full value has been redeemed.
• You can check your balance through your Gift Up confirmation email or by contacting the restaurant.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Please treat your card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
• Eat In Italian is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued.
• If an order paid with a gift card is canceled, the amount will be reissued as a new digital card credit.

6. Online Purchases

• Digital gift cards are delivered via email. Ensure recipient details are entered correctly—Eat In Italian cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.

7. Fraud Prevention

• Eat In Italian reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. General Terms

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
• These terms are subject to change without notice, but any amendments will not affect existing cardholders’ valid balances.
